This should have repaid but does not seem to have done so. Has anyone else received their capital back?

They said it has been repaid but I did not get anything. Until this morning, when I asked about it, it was still showing as continuing on the website so maybe something has gone wrong with their system. It is showing as Capital Repaid under 'Payments' but there is nothing in the bank account registered in 'Profile'.

Solved! They repaid the capital into a different account to the one specified in 'profile'. I did not check that a/c as I did not know that they even knew of it.
