Hi pom , to clarify, in order to make it in time for the first close, you need to have registered, onboarded and confirmed your investment with us through the Property Crowd platform, and of course, your cleared funds need to be in the custodian account by close of business on 1 March 2017 (tomorrow). Hi Charles thanks for that - had already done all the registration etc just couldn't setup the payment. All done now tho

Welcome to Property Crowd! We're just finalising details of another deal, and I hope to have some good news on an IFISA wrapper soon, so definitely watch this space.

And it's clearly all safely arrived as I now have bonds showing...just wondering what happened to the other 66p....what did I miss?

That the minimum purchase is denominated in bonds not cash and therefore the minimum bond investment multipled by the discounted bond price doesnt result in a whole number of £s. ISTM Invest tomorrow and it will be an extra £12 and 84p change.

If that's what everyone else is seeing I'd like to know why...and if it's not I'd definitely like to know why (even if it is only 66p!!)

it's a good point - I didn't actually calculate the cost, just transferred what the automated table said was the amount. charles .....please can you clarify?.........after all, we're here to make money, not lose a few pence up front. No calculations needed - very obvious - confirmation email matches confirms the amount subscribed as the same as the amount sent (5455), but value of bonds displayed on dashboard = 5444.34

Literally disappeared. @leopardcat I think you'll find you're missing 27p or you've got Pom's shrapnel and 7p from some other impoverished soul.

My 66p is still there (I was sad enough to log in and check!)

Hi pom, Apologies for not responding sooner. ilmoro is right to point out that due to the mechanics of bond pricing, the actual investment usually doesn't result in a whole number, so most investors will have a bit of loose change leftover after the Bonds are issued. My team have looked into it and the data seems fine on our backend - that 66p is sitting safely in the segregated account, and it's got your name on it. I assume you will have already tried all the usual troubleshooting tips (e.g. logging out and back in, clearing the cache, refreshing the page, etc.), so I will have to investigate further in order to resolve your unique issue (seems to be working fine for others like SteveT), and more importantly, to ensure it doesn't happen again, for yourself or others on Property Crowd. As I will need some personal information to proceed, I suggest we take this offline. Have sent you a PM, kindly check your inbox for more details. Thank you again for your support and patience. Rest assured I will get to the bottom of this. Regards, Charles

Ah - I read the PM and sent the info before I read the post. Just done a hard reload and it's appeared. (hadn't occurred to me before as I'd only just started using my laptop for the site). Edit - now what can I spend it on.....?
