Bold Should be fixed and the colouring has been tweaked Yet another excellant resource - thank you very much. Just one question - is the % loan book referring to the total ever loan book or the current live (ie not repaid) loans. If it is the later then the numbers don't add up to 100%, if the former what is that telling us? The reason the percentages don't add up to 100% is that the report only covers loans with less than 30 days remaining, rather than the whole loan book.

If it is the later then the numbers don't add up to 100%, if the former what is that telling us? It indicates the % against "all current live loan" (i will clarify this in the column heading later). With individual loans it will show how large a loan is relative to the book (and thus what effect it will have on the PF if there are any shortfalls during a default); the subtotals show what state of saving streams current loan book is in I've just realised why the numbers don't add up for me - I can only see up to PBL137 on line 41 - how do I scroll down to see the rest of the page? Edit crossed with am - thank you for the explanation - makes sense now sorry to have been thick .....

PBL006's LTV doesn't take into account 1st charge, from the description: "This is a 6 month loan. The property valuation is available above. The loan has now gone live. All investors will earn 12%pa immediately upon commitment to this loan. Please be aware that there is an existing first charge on this bridging loan so the overall LTV is actually 59% LTV." Edit PBL035 also has a 1st charge. Done - however, all data is reliant on SS data PBL035 is still the same (38%), as that is what SS table says it is. I think that became a 1st charge after some juggling when DFL005 went live?

=Index & =filter are my new best friends I discovered FILTER last week and thought it was great. It's really useful for doing an XIRR on a particular category from an overall account statement. It lets me to things that are quite hard to replicate in Excel.

cooling_dude Has your spreadsheet gone wrong? I'm getting a full index of loans when I looked today, not split into the different interest status as before?

cooling_dude Has your spreadsheet gone wrong? I'm getting a full index of loans when I looked today, not split into the different interest status as before? I've added an Index to the same sheet - The "Negative Term" Watch is still there - it is located on the "Negative Term Watch" Tab (found at the bottom of the Sheet) Found it! Your spreadsheet is very useful, thank you.!
