Strange - I was convinced that this loan would be filled in nano-seconds , but it's been there for a few minutes now and is about half-filled. Obviously not as popular as I had guessed, but I'm not sure why ? Can anyone help me out with a plausible reason here ? Thanks.

The only blip I can discover is the 100% shareholder (and former director) of the borrowing company is currently disqualified from acting as a company director (Aug 14 to Aug 19) for something at one of his other companies (which is being liquidated). That feels like more than a blip. Being disqualified as a director is fairly serious. And exercising control over a company (i.e. acting like a director) while disqualified would be a criminal offence (but of there is nothing to suggest that this person is exercising control, all we can see from the public record is that the controlling shareholder of the company named in the planning application as the owner of the site is currently disqualified as a director). There is a chance this distinctively named individual is also associated with the "Development Land in Bath" that is renewing tomorrow - someone of the same name is the applicant on the most recent planning application form (conditions discharge 17/*****/COND)

The address is also the same (i.e. the address of the applicant on that form is the same as the address of the disqualified director.)

The address is also the same (i.e. the address of the applicant on that form is the same as the address of the disqualified director.) This could be a 'proxy' address. There are companies that offer services to directors, including providing an address that can be used on registrations so that the person doesn't have to reveal their own personal address to the public.

This is just down the road from the old French*y hospital site where 500 new houses are being built.

So often what we get is a sales pitch not a factual set of data on which to assess the risk. If the P2P sites do not ALL of them sort this out then there will be one hell of a crash this year. For me I am removing all funds from all sites.

Seems strange that Tranche 4 is being offered to lenders (and is 95% covered) when £332,500 has been outstanding since 28th March . . . and Tranche 2 is due for renewal on 17/4/18 too !!?
Strange ? Or is it just me !?

Thanks for the pics but do they show the whole story?
I'm the last person to support FS but in this instance the FS bashing might be overdone. Their own picture clearly shows the footings and ground beam and block floor either complete or well under way.
The first picture above just confirms they've not built to first story yet. The second is a bit blurred and is that a digger or other plant that is very blurred out of shot?
Just feels to me that while granted FS's pics are taken with rose specs clearly on, the ones above are taken with an opposing agenda in mind.
Thankfully most of the other pics that folk kindly donate to this site do seem unbiased. Note also I'm certainly not having a go at Asterix - I find most of his posts very informative.
