Is £3,310,496 (£6,770,496 minus £3,460,000 rolled over from PBL035) or the full £6,770,496 looking tomorrow (err today) for a new home ?

12% .... 365 day term. What's not to like? I'm in, in a moderate way.
I think SS have learned from trying to punt the big London one out at 11% .

Sending an email Friday at 9pm advising loan launch next day. There should be no reason at all for this not to go live today.
Confidence in communications would hit an all time low if this didn't launch today.

I can only presume email so late confirms money has arrived in. This transfer would have happened on a business day (yesterday/Friday) and not on a Saturday.
Agree, time will tell.

I don't think SS time launches to coincide with repayments. Their past behaviour suggests they're not as panicky about SM liquidity as we are.

Agreed, I think legals, customer requirements and independent timing of payments are more the deciding factors than our sale queue worries (altho rolling over pbl 35 and telling us about Chelmsford repayment perhaps a nod in that direction).

Guesses for the allocation on this?
Somewhere near £2,000 I'm guessing if it goes today(Saturday).

I think lenders will factor in repayments if they have 24-48 hrs to pay.

SS usually start the big action on a Saturday at about 2 - 2.30pm so I'm expecting it all to happen soon.
First the repayment of the other loan and then hot on its heels the go live of this one.
Hold on to your hats.
