Yep, me too. My lightning fast internet was not fast enough. I bet 95+% of people missed out

It's more than annoying, yet again someone at FS Towers wasn't paying attention and no Bid Limits were imposed on an obvious flyer.

I managed to get Tipton today, but missed Bristol yesterday, which went equally fast. Again on that one, a £40K loan, and one person/bot took half, due to no limit being in place...

Lack of, or no, "Attention to detail."

It just seems like a loan going this fast isn't good for anyone hardly, for big or small sums. Most people trying to get a slice are bound to be disappointed.

£25 limit on the flat in Lytham today so they may be listening. That was a mistake. It got removed after a few minutes. In any case, a £25 limit on a £50,000 loan is a bit extreme.

Seems as if FS have real problems managing the loans they release. Loans that take quite a while to be subscribed have stupid limits whereas small loans with incredible security are released with no limit. Frankly you have to question the competence of this P2P site - unless they are being childish and are reacting to the very proper criticism expressed by users.
Whatever the reason for their policy relating to the release of loans it doesn't fill me with confidence and seems most unprofessional. Designed perhaps to deter smaller lenders from lending?

<snip> Designed perhaps to deter smaller lenders from lending? Why would FS want to deter smaller investors from lending? Their entire business model revolves around encouraging as many lenders as possible, regardless of size. I'm all for fair and justified criticism but I don't understand the point being made here.

I agree with you. FS have said they will run some small auctions with a bid limit and some without, as they are trying to keep everybody happy. Clearly an impossible task.

When it was pawn items then there model resolved around the smaller lendsrs, now they have large property loans to fill, a big lender can put in the same as a lot of smaller lenders, for the property loans they need to attract the big and middle investors.

1622048860 Tipton property Loan £35.5K 46.53%LTV 15/11/2018 We have had confirmation from the broker that the refinance is progressing well. We will continue to monitor and update once there is a firm date for completion. 26/10/2018 A delay on the refinance application was caused by a positive change in the client's income. This needed to be evidenced before the increase could be considered included in the application. The documentary evidence has now been received by the broker and the application made. We are in regular contact with the broker and will monitor the refinance application. If we have indication that there is an issue with the refinance, we will review all options to recover investors funds. fundingsecure..if this is the correct thread for the loan number stated above and as its now 2 months since your last update, have you any further news please ?
