/mod hat off
To avoid me having to read all of it again, could Ed, or someone with more time/patience, highlight what the updates amounted to? (lazy? Moi??)

The updates are unacceptable in my opinion. Let me back up my statement with one example:
On the 'updated' comparables page of large detached houses. Number 11 and 12 Granard Avenue are considered a good location. But number 13 Granard Avenue is considered poor.
Just incase I was missing the obvious thought I'd do my favourite google street view. See attached image.
Disappointing.

A little bit of Brexit update ie can't say what will happen and a couple more comparables Doesn't seemed to have had material impact on the availability.

I am still disappointed that both the borrower and the platform accept such drivel from the valuer and allow the misinformation to be posted to their retail customers.

Someone has just picked up the remaining £22k, so you can now list any PUTNEY that you don't want on the SM

I'm holding to term probably. I have some faith in the asset but more so the borrower and moneything 🤗

Why would so much of this be appearing on the SM so soon after the loan has been fully funded? Just seems a bit strange that someone snaps up the final £25k then numerous large sells appear on the SM!
Buyers regret?

Could it be MT off loading some of the loan?

Could it be MT off loading some of the loan? There's a Post on the 'What's on the secondary' market thread where someone is selling off some loans to raise cash.

Lenders may have taken a short term position and are unwinding some excess now that the loan has funded and sales can be made. I've done this to a lesser extent and will recycle when the next loan goes live.
