Frpm Squid in 2022
The latest update indicates that FS have recovered £340,000 from this Loan after nearly 6 years. So after costs we might get roughly 50% back. However, at the present rate of progress it will probably be another 6 years before it is actually paid!
Well this was nearly 7 bloody years ago - has anybody any news of this farce
Seems to me that we have had very few loans finalised in the last year whilt the administrators are coining it in...fair comment?

no idea why no repayment yet ...also no update from CG about the art scam despite Mousy updating us nearly 2 weeks ago
Have we actually had proof these 2 boats physically exist and are in the UK as I am sure they do....

The money from the sale is in but they are unable to give a timescale as to when the funds will be released due to the e wallet account being suspended pending the Quistclose Trust legal claim.
So in a nutshell , CG have the money - but there are several people who are trying their darnedest to find anyway possible to obtain what is left of our funds , if after they have tried everything possible , only then might we get some return....

As long as their is money there, giving it back to the people it rightfully belongs to is going to be a last resort. This has become clear from multiple administrations. The administrators themselves are incentivised to take the money, then various chancers all have a go.

After what, 7 years of being in this loan and being fed the garbage updates we have the final result. I just got 16% of my capital back, no interest of course. 84% loss. To the borrowers and everyone involved in selling us this loan/feeding us the  updates over the years  |

Looks all done and dusted a 9K Plus loss for me with this F..... boat unless anyone knows if we get any more back. And yes another ton of expenses from these robbing b.........

I am genuinely interested in what happened here e.g. 2 or 1 boats revovered and where the hell is the sponsorship?
Could somebody kindly PM me or post in DD the final statement and breakdown of this farce - of course the borrower is still swanning along as if nothing has happened - why would he care as it is not his money he lost...
I thank you and deepest sympathy for the investors that were duped both by FS and also this character

More skulduggery , I have just received a whopping 16% of my original investment (4945807152) back , note date of receipt of funds ! I am not even permitted to withdraw the funds at this time Can someone please confirm or deny my suspicions that this sale for one boat has actually settled 2 loans ?  |

Just over a year ago this was the information I was supplied in response to an email regarding loan 4945807152 , Your email has been forwarded for a response
Loan ref 4945807152 had an update added on 24 February 2022 informing investors the settlement had been received and a calculation by way of illustration as of the potential returned to investors was provided.
Within your account go to My investments/My current investments click on the reference number, scroll down and choose the Update tab, here you can see the update.
I am unable to give a timescale as to when the funds will be released due to the e wallet account being suspended pending the Quistclose Trust legal claim.

sympathy for the people in this one - they have been well and truly sunk
Looks to me that 2 boats were reovered ?
£1.2m lent and under £193K recovered - 84% loss fantastic!
As a matter of interest
why have Brabners been paid over £11K - just what have done for this - all they had to do was serve possession - or maybe deal with
sleight of hand which FS failed to stop?
Also what the hell is this £65K settlement - am I missing something ?
