This is my attempt at creating an easy to navigate list of p2p lenders in the UK, by no means it is not perfect - but I am working on it - Constructive Suggestions for improvement appreciated by PM or in this thread www.investitin.com/p2p-lenders-uk/ (May contain affiliate links) Jim

I assume you are still filling in a lot tof the columns Whats the criteria for inclusion? - there are a few in the IFISA list that dont feature (crowdstacker, crowd2fund, etc), also Sanctus (former Project Black). I assume you arent including Property equity of which there are a lot, some of which do loans/debt as well

Thanks for your input, your suggestions have been included.
Any firm that is a p2p based lender (not equity) and have not done harm to the p2p universe they can be included.

Great resource. One small point is the sort by date option does not work at the moment - seems to be because some are month + year and some are just year.

Would you prefer to just have the year?

Another thing that would be very useful would be an estimate of the size of the platform in terms of the amount lent.

Saving Stream is now Lendy. Max interest 12% (for the time being!!) and there are loans which go beyond the 12 month initial term.

Your column ordering is done by string value (e.g. 1, 12, 14, 2, 22, 3...). You probably need to do something a bit cleverer with the sorting considering you've got a mixture of strings and numbers in some columns.

Hi LizI did not mean it as a joke, though I understand that it might as well be in many cases. I was referring to the likes of DFL020, 448 days remaining today. Have no idea how long it was when it started. DFL018, 459 days. This might be a new trend.

Hi invest. Just a few points on the list. Great resource.
You have included rebs twice.
You state the unbolted do pawn loans. They do business lending too. They also do gold hedged trading loans.
Collateral do not do pawn. The structure of their loans is very different. Pleade call them up for an explanation, if Gordon has not already contacted you by pm. They also do car loans and property loans.

Hi Jim, Just spotted Wellesley & Co info needs updating. Interest now 2.25/2.35% not 5.5/7.5% and term 1 or 2 years, no longer 60 months.
