I doubt I'm the only one to be concerned that this has nothing to do with technical issues or the right person being their to press the button. After 3.5 years of worry this is just cruel. I feel sick with worry and doubt I'm alone. F/S went into administration on 23 October 2019. Sorry, it`s not 3.5 years but 4.5 years. I`m sure that makes you feel better! Back to rounding up the sheep, after this F/S & FCA mess, I`m quite at home with them. From sale of the building, taffy. Speaking of sheep, I think a nice hike in the Welsh countryside might be in order to restore some mental health now this diabolical mess has finally ended.

Oh dear god, the relief this morning when I checked my phone is enormous, never will I be so stupid ever again. Sincere condolences to those in the lower ranking loans, but I expect you are feeling relieved to finally close the book on this complete and utter shambles. I know my last loan is likely a 100 percent loss but I just wish they would get on and end it. Good luck to all.
Even I could sense the tension, how much did you have in it, don't answer that... What is the other loan ?

Absolutely, wherever your countryside happens to be. Free exercise in terms of money and pain unlike the gym for the same calories burnt. Just get into the habit of checking the forecast no further than 24 hours in advance.

this £88K is one to watch - be interested to see where this finally ends up - I could guess... I really don't see what the hell is going on here and how this figure was arrived at - I mean £88K isn't much in legal fees when over £2m is at stake...are the creditors going to suddenly claim they are covered by QT - I really don't think so but I am no lawyer This is a flat 7.5% of realisations on all Loans. Yes, need to keep an eye on these after all these ends.

I'll answer, no reason why not. I had 20k in the first loan but put in perspective, about a years income. The other loan I had remaining was The Dell, now written off. There's now precisely nothing showing at all. And so, it ends.

The Dell loan paid back about 75% capital only in 2019.

I'm risking an ISA transfer out, though i've been stung by this before (I have £1600 indefinitely locked in quistclose as FS dragged their feet about processing it). Here's hoping they actually process it this time.
Still waiting to see what I get from the sale of 2128715772 (Shop in Kilkeel at 32.5%LTV) to see how much of a haircut i'm taking!

Any refunds to my ISA are straight into my cash account, some ISA allowance lost, but I avoid the risk of funds getting frozen because of new developments.

Both parties have confirmed they have my ISA transfer instruction underway as of Tuesday. The rules say no longer than 15 working days to process so fingers crossed...
