The credit paper specified which loans will be repaid to increase the security of investors, these loans will be repaid as part of the facility.

In other words, because the loan being repaid is secured on a debenture and AC will effectively be taking it's place then it will be quite plain if the money is used incorrectly, infact I would imagine that AC will hand over a brown envelope to the other loan provider. For debentures to mean anything they have to be registered, which as we all known slows down the drawing of the loan, but I'm told they are quicker than charges to register and check. At least this is my understanding so if anyone can update or correct me I'd really appreciate it.

Also some of the information in the credit report appears rather outdated (as though prepared months ago) and so this overstates some elements of the outstanding debt.
It is interesting to see a number of users of the TC forums stating that, although they did not support the loan on that platform, they are intending to participate on AC.

This one is actually doing better than expected @ 28% non-underwriter bids after just 2 days. I think it will lumber across the finishing line in 12 days' time with a half-decent % of user bids. I'll wait & see what's in the pipeline though & may only have a very small bid on this one nearer to the end.

A little bit of me is thinking that AH was expecting something of a battle with this one... but it never occurred. (Because Q's in the Q&A got answered very quickly and...)

I never expected a battle with it. It needed some work to make sure it was acceptable for AC's high standards, but I was happy for it to be listed. I'll never put anything on the site that I feel there is too much risk of losing money on.
