New property loan - £650,000, A+, 7.5% interest and 15 month term (new one for FC).
Guess this won't go as quickly as the one yesterday. Also, the £66k loan was rejected due to listing errors - so will be back on the market in next 24 hours. Best keep your eyes peeled for this one - last time filled up in less than 15 minutes!

Would have been nice if they gave an indication of what the error was so previous investors in the loan could decide whether to watch out for the relisting sometime in the next 24 hours - also pity previous investors could be notified it's rejected and when being relisted directly so they can try again.

New property loan - £650,000 Might buy a piece when they're being dumped at 3% discount

6467 and 6471 both pulled due to listing errors today .. these folks learn nothing, do they.
6491, 92 and 93 all ending the exact same minute on 18th June. Again, brains apparently out to lunch (although they are so small I doubt there'll be much last minute bidding frenzy, but still, why not space them out by five minutes?!).

17:40 - less than 30k of the 66k A+ property loan left... Now ~£20k left .. it does seem to be going a bit slower this time around, maybe all the loose cash has gone on the huge one?!

Only one big flipper at the moment - with approximately half the total. Last time there were 2, and the 175k loan had 3. Maybe the others are asleep / already full up.

Well a 12 mth loan @ ~ 50% LTV (even if based on GDV) with 25 cash back looked more attractive to me than a 7.5% 15 month.....

I guess that whooshing noise was 6514: another high speed, rush it through, don't notify people property auction.
I'm pretty sure I registered for notifications of these, and have been getting them. This one is special, in that it has been sneaked onto the market twice now? Why?
For 6504: The Big One (£600k+) -- I got a notification that said I had registered to receive advance notice ... "and it's already on the market". Duh. What does ADVANCE NOTICE mean in Funding Circle world?
I'd have bid in 6514 if I'd had pre-notice, as SHOULD have happened, as it was, even relying on autobidders to free up some cash didn't work until just AFTER the auction ended. Suspicious coincidence ...
Is 2% cashback enough to sweeten the inability to actually run things properly and fairly?
The sooner Assetz Capital get their deal flow-rate up, the better.

I can't remember, there was a blog posting or other communication that said "We're thinking of doing property loans in the future, would you be interested" ... it was a while back now.

Hot on the heels of the "second tranche" for 6692, appears another property loan, 6705. This time it's 36 months, which puts me off because no doubt it will be hard to shift on the SM. I bet it's going to take a while to fill now there are two property loans competing for our cash.
