Mintos deposit was credited in about 3 hours. 24 hours later no credit at Twino and no reply to emails to customer services. Is this usual?

Three holiday days in five this week if you're Latvian. So for me it's transfer Wednesday, receive Monday. Great. Shame they didn't put any warning about this on their site.
