Quite so,there is no issue of accepting or declining an offer if you are being offered all that is legally due to you.
A decision to accept implies an option to decline and you would only have an option to decline if you were not being offered full settlement.

Out of curiosity, from Paul's write up, do you understand if the hotel was sold or refinanced?

They have a legal responsibility to get as much as they can, ie they cant just sell it their friend bob for exactly the amount they are owed, they have to go through the process of advertising it etc and someone might turn up a few days later and offer more, obviously not very likely.

There have been £10m of full repayments to investors since 25/4/17 alone.
What a fantastic performance.
The Repaid loans tab on the website makes for very pleasant viewing.
