Yes, you can probably squat into PBL074, it is still vacant. 9 months ago "The borrower has had an offer which will clear our debt. Currently still negotiating but it is a cash offer so shouldnt take too long once accepted." 4 months ago "Agent is marketing the property which has received positive enquiries. If this doesn't get an acceptable offer soon, we will put it into auction to dispose." 1 week ago "This is going to auction very soon."

I guess you're investing in all 3, directly or indirectly. If any one of the borrower, the loan terms or the property (or god forbid a combination thereof) turns out to be useless you're in potential trouble!

I guess that updated e-mail will be late today... We've just been through a general election (with a surprising result), so the "weather report" from Paul is going epic Yep, can't wait for his lyrical waxings!

I hope Lendy is waking up i the fact that they need to be much more aggressive in getting loans repaid. The updates on defaulted loans read as depressingly naive tales of being stringed along. Secondary market is giving its verdict. Silence is not golden.
