Free Cheers! Now there might soon be an Iffy ISA that we can put our 15% early finishers in, no, they stopped those with fixed rates, but we can put those property loans in it, wait a minute, they're stopping too, but perhaps we can use the Iffy for Flipping Cheekily ...

Well whoopie-doo! Who knew the FCA had such a sense of humour?
Another £4k out of FC this morning and it won't be going anywhere near an IFISA run by them....

Hmm a new website technical change implementation significantly bigger than the recent tiny tweaks which often broke the site for hours on end (Febrile Coding underway).
Now, where did we put that "That website again, again..." thread?

For those who are interested.I guess September then? "Later this year" seems to invoke a kind of deja-vu. I'm not holding my breath. I also took several thousand out today to invest in a better place.

For those who are interested.I guess September then? This doesn't make sense to me. Now we know the FC ISA is coming soon who would put money in a non ISA account when they'll likely want to sell in a few months to put into the isa version. I think FC are underestimating the flood of loan parts that will hit the secondary market when the FC isa starts

The loans are funded anyway. Also any sale adds to profit. I'm not sure if their ISA offer would be as attractive as FS.

I think FC are underestimating the flood of loan parts that will hit the secondary market when the FC isa starts They are probably expecting more new money when the ISA starts than the volume of loans they can source over the quieter summer months. It's unpredictable of course. They don't want people who like the idea of an ISA with FC to bring their money then find the cupboard runs bare, which could even include the SM if there was enough demand. Balancing supply and demand during the introduction of the IFISA could be a challenge for many P2P platforms. I noticed Z*** have put new customers on a waiting list before they even launch their ISA.
