OK - so in that case 75 people have registered so far, some have invested and some not, and there are still 25 places left? Or possibly 75 of the accounts registered so far are eligible for the reward, leaving 25 places. Some may have registered more than 30 days ago and not invested, so no longer eligible?

huddlecapital - I think there is some confusion on the offer: is it the first 100 people who invest, or is it the first 100 people who sign up and then invest later within 30 days? If there are still 25 places left it sounds like the former? We definitely want to clear up any confusion. The offer is open to the first 100 registering and investing within 30 days. If you invest straight away, the you qualify for the reward. If not, then your place in Huddle 100 is secured for 30 days, within which time you have to invest to get the Reward. Hope this clears things up. Huddle Sorry huddlecapital ............ I still don't quite get it......... My account is 112x - so I'm not in the first 100 to sign-up. If I sent a deposit now, and invest today, will I get a Huddle 100 spot ? (so actually investing is the qualifier?)

Introduction to Huddle Capital There are other unique features about Huddle Capital that you will find attractive: 2. We offer instant returns (not on the first loan to Huddle 100 recipients) - in other words, you start earning interest as soon as you invest, and before the loan closes Huddle Capital Sorry, where does it say that Instant Returns arent avaliable to Huddle 100 recipients? ... not happy if Ive invested on the basis of misleading information as the documentation clearly says Instant Returns avaliable and the Huddle 100 T&CS dont make any reference to investments not qualifying for IR Fair point. We've made a decision that Huddle 100 investors will also get Instant Returns

There are some investors who have an account number, but haven't completed their registration. There are other investors who are awaiting approval, because we are awaiting some documentation. Other users will be internal staff used to test the system. If you are the first 100 to complete your registration and get approved by us, then you are in Huddle 100. The clock starts to tick at this point and you have 30 days to invest in a loan to qualify for the reward of 20% cash back. If you invest, the cash back is credited to your user account. If you don't invest within 30 days after being approved as a user on the system, then you lose your spot in Huddle 100, and your slot is open to the next person investing. We hope this brings more clarity. Huddle

Huddle Could I suggest that the email sent out to confirm approval be amended to definitively state that the lender is eligible for Huddle 100 and that they need to invest within 30 days of original date of registration (presumably the date that the welcome email form CEO TF was sent out) in order to qualify for the reward. This would seem to eliminate any confusion.

Does the 30 days commence from the date/time the account is approved? A confirmation email has been sent at the time of approval.

I'm still not 100% certain of my position .... Final query - is the cashback only on the first investment ? Or on the cummulative total over 30 days up to the £5k limit ? (say I was to invest £500 now to secure a spot, then liberate a couple of k from other places and invest that next week. Is cashback paid on £500 or £ 2500 ? )

Don't know if it's been mentioned yet, but the one and only loan on the Platform has only '14 days remaining'. I asked what this meant in terms of the loan drawing down this morning and was advised that, as huddlecapital confirmed here, it is already underwritten and will draw down. So, never mind the 30 days to invest for the Huddle 100's, unless they put up another loan soon, there maybe nothing to invest in .

I wonder what that means in practice, and whether it's worth waiting a bit to see because the offer terms indicate "The Reward is also only available on the funds invested in the first loan on the platform. For example, if the investor invests £1,000 in their first loan on the Platform, and subsequently invests £4,000 in a second loan, they shall only qualify for £200 Reward and not £1,000."

I still haven't had confirmation or reply to an email either before my investment as to whether it was still open or after as to whether I made the cut.
Had they replied before to confirm the offer was still open, I would have invested a much larger amount. I invested less as it was too unclear, and I still don't know if I qualified.
Doesn't bode too well for the future. Most new companies I have invested in have been very forthcoming with replies and contacts. Feels a bit like one is being strung along, or part of a lottery.

Same here, a complete contrast to the almost concurrent experience with UOWN which has been slick and professional from beginning to end.

Does the 30 days commence from the date/time the account is approved? A confirmation email has been sent at the time of approval. The 30 day period start once you have an account om the platform - that is when we approve you. A confirmation emails is sent out automatically at this point. Hope this addresses your questions. Regards Huddle

I've registered, and it sounds like even though my account is above account number 100 it will fall within the bonus earning 100 accounts, But due to the vagueness, lack of clarity and the platforms inability to respond to my emails, i'll most likely not bother taking a chance.
