Still no payment then? How very strange. I wouldn't be surprised if this was an unholy with all these items and loans, but these were sold on the 30th of November and should have been sorted by now. When are we going to get the good news fundingsecure?

They’re trying to find some new words that theyve not used on many other loans before to explain why they’ve lost us money, their initial valuations were pants and their insipid ability to manage loans is somehow explainable. Can’t wait for their answers. It’s that or their calculator has broken.

Next week I shall tell them if I haven't received a payout pronto I shall contact the FCA. This situation is intolerable.

unfortunately you need to go through their complaint procedure, takes upto 8 weeks (which in fs time is 8 months). Only then can you escalate the complaint, if I understand the process correctly.

I think (stress on think) that if you receive a final response to your complaint and are not satisfied with it you can then escalate. If they have not given a final response you have to wait 8 weeks.

Looking at the loan I have invested in 3033854831 there is only 1 person with >£300 Is it really worth all the stress and worry shown here as I’m sure there will be some return as theydid not pay someone to take them off their hands. How much % wise of a portfolio can it possibly be if you have invested prudently? .0001% of my investments it is still 4 months short of 24 month P2P criteria before you should count as loss. Then write it of with HMRC. Relax have a good Christmas you’ve probably got something back since last Christmas so look on the bright side.

Have Funding Secure err... lost track of this plethora of railway and related memorabilia ?
If it's been sold as a job lot then clearly they need to simply allocate the same return (Or lack of) to all investments.

Well, no matter the problem it cannot take 17 days to come up with a solution. This looks to me like it's simply being stalled and deliberately. fundingsecure where is my money?

is this confusing or what . I really don't see why this is a problem - X amount was lent against these toys mechanical models and Y amount recovered so that is z% recovered. We then take it from there - estimate the recoveries using z% and check sum of recoveries equals Y - simple!
ref below Maritime 1804081423 £5655
Renewal of 1473219429 £6,500
Renewal of 2554669610 £6,500
it looks to me as if the original loan was for £6500 and an item has been sold for £845 and despite being told the other items were sold last month we are still waiting to hear what they went for - I wonder why that is.
FS - not all of us are Christians and hence don't celebrate Saturnalia so trying to leak out bad news immediately beforehand is not going to work as we will be looking out for this!
Technical instruments from broken liners is not exactly my strong point but the valuation seems very high to me so I wonder if we are talking about yet another mega loss here? Also I see no proof of providence so how do we know these items aren't from HMS Arthur Daley...

And so, we are 18 days after fundingsecure sold these and absolutely no sign of our money.

Oh I see. 18 days since the remaining items were sold then? My view is they have either got these in an almighty mucking fuddle and don't know who gets what are they are delaying very bad news, probably both.

Only 3 loans on offer at the moment so plenty of spare time to sort this out... right?

agree and suspect the latter - from memory there was £48K lent - I know specialist models can fetch a lot of money but I also know there are numerous fakes from the Far East...I have a horrible feeling these things may be only worth a few quid (not saying the lender has pulled a fast one with FS holding fakes). Given that FS have just released the mother of all horlicks known as Whitehaven I am sure FS will release the final results for this one as soon as possible as it will allay all our fears that we are going to have 2 mega disasters in a row...
