Well, my phone's bleeping away as FS churn out opportunities to commit your cash to the dubious and otherwise uncredit worthy on an industrial scale, while actually paying lenders for funds already paid back and sitting with FS seems to not be on any sort of urgent list. Another day rolls by with lenders wondering where the hell their money is.... Care to answer fundingsecure? |

Wow, those are big losses. How on earth could the valuations be so out of kilter ? I wouldn't have thought this sort of stuff was particularly fickle/variable in its value.

above was my mega prediction - will check the maths but I think I got this one wrong - it may well be a premier league score i.e. 75% loss. Whatever how on earth can FS get this valuation so wrong - yet again? Believe me I think the mobile homes are going to top this one...
update - are the FS figures correct - I am having trouble in reconciling these figures - looks like about a 75% loss here?

On the plus side... it's got my total list of outstanding (and only) loans still left with FS down from 38 to only 28.
I'll still end up with a positive result overall, but not by much as this rate.
FS is not a platform I ever see myself investing in again.

As it stands, the only way I am likely to get off this platform with my shirt is if the rest of my loans do not go down the mega capital loss route (Whitehaven and more) is if a FS don't manage to screw up a certain rower block with a first charge at 15 percent LTV.
They did register the first charge, right?
I said I would give them the benefit of the doubt and not cut off my nose to spite my face by refusing to invest in decent looking loans, but not a penny more shall be thrown away to a careless platform and borrowers who are experts at sale by loan at prices that would be unachievable elsewhere.
