I am a tad concerned that a) the last financing package was a bit late to arrive and b) the developer needs to borrow money this early on in the project. Personally I am thinking NINO i.e. quick nibble in and quick nibble out as soon as possible with no renewal... It might be of some use if FS shed a little more light on what amendments the borrower has made to the original granted PP..in the sense that potential lenders or renewers (I'm my case) might have a little more confidence that we're not throwing good money after bad. Being asked to lend on something with no hope of a resolution seems a pointless exercise.

If the borrower already owned the property, why did they borrow the development money before they had the PP? Why pay a high interest rate for money you're not going to be using for a while?

passed the site last thursday or friday, no change in the view, as in everything you can see is in exactly in the same spot as they were in November  behind the gate, 2 cones have never moved at all & a skip in the background has never moved either. There is plenty of land nearby for industrial use and would wonder as to how much demand there would be. No expert but just passing on what i see  17 months on, no sign of any activity, 2 cones still in place behind gate

The are hats on tiny miners secretly digging an underground shelter to hide from no deal Brexit fallout  .
