We all have certain topics we avoid discussing, doesn't make us bad communicators. For me it is 'the incident with the ballerina' I never speak about that. I hear she kept you on your toes Someone is certainly dancing around something in N-u-L, that's for sure

This is 15% from the 1st May 2019. MT said on 1st May "extra 2% applied to all outstanding interest payments". I interpreted that as applying to missed pre-May payments also.

At the risk of going back on topic, am I the only one reading the newest update as 'oops, the borrower has been lying to us' ? Or at least 'Being economical with the truth'

It's just about possible the borrower was confused by the money being with the solicitor.

I should know this but if you put a loan up for sale do you still accrue interest?

No, you are not, hence my "can - kicked" etc comment, familiar road on several loans, I'm sure that MT must also get that "Deja Vu all over again" feeling too surely? Frankly it's getting "ballet" repetitive. (I'll get my coat ...) Brian

Im with you. I've been selling out as fast as I can. I literally don't understand. Is money with the solicitor or not? How can you be confused whether 2 and a half million pounds is in an account for not? And if its this random private lender's money, that they may or may not be going with, why is he happy for that much money to sit in their account while they decide whether to use it or not? It just makes no sense.

"we do have to rely on information we are given"
No MT, NO you do not have to rely on it - you can request evidence to confirm the 'information' is correct, something that im afraid to say you do not seem to be doing on a number of loans....but do quite well on others.
