it's a pity that MT and this borrower have messed around for 3 years on a project that should have been completed and up and running a long time ago.

Appointment of an Admin was recorded in The Gazette on the 30/07. If an AM01 has been filed (and I've seen ones that are several weeks behind the actual appointment date) it could be CH still has a backlog due to CV-19. edit - crossed with Jaydee

Well what a shame, and I think as a P2P seasoned investor we should all have been a little more supportive to niche schemes such as this leisure resort rather than put MT under pressure to appoint administrators. Anyone in the commercial world know that once these characters are appointed then our chances of a meaningful exit are diminished. And to place it into admin when in the worst recession 'in history' just whiffs of ill judgement. MT should have worked more closely with their borrowers to achieve successful outcomes for them and us rather than just pushing the button. It's commercial insanity especially given the global pandemic.
Venting on forums such as this do not do any of us any favours.
Thanks all for now confirming there's a jolly good chance I am only going to get a %age in the £ back on my initial investment. And sincerely I hope MT & the administrators can close this off quickly rather than let it drag out for the administrators to earn fees forever and a day.

Call me cynical, but if you are a "P2P seasoned investor" then why have you only just registered for this forum 13 minutes ago, and made this as your first post?

Wow, many thanks for your observation.
You're indeed correct with my new registration. Having invested over £100,000 into 5 different P2P loans, this is my first potential fail. And furthermore, it was a friend who reminded me about this forum as I have never bothered before. After reading through the 71 pages of threads, some of the comments we all must admit are disappointing. It will no doubt be like everything in life where the minority get on their soap box and rant. One user was almost goading MT and I quote: 'the administrators must be licking their lips'. This character must have pledged a whole £10 into this investment...
Anyway, rather than address me as new member, my name is Roger. May I bid you all a good day & I hope we can get as much of our investment out of this as quickly as possible. Good luck to all.

No "P2P seasoned investor" would spread £100K over just 5 loans.

No "P2P seasoned investor" would spread £100K over just 5 loans. Spot on Marka Iv'e got less than £100k invested in total over 11 different platforms & thousands of loans (some as low as £5 as in UB) As I quoted on another thread ages ago, there are 3 things that are important about P2P investing: Diversity, diversity & diversity
