All aboard, the train is about to leave the station Will the next station be very close to all the other recent high value loans ? Near the top of the SM sales listing, where it will remain for many months enjoying a most unedifying role of blocking everyone else from selling, whilst the very wealthy seller(s) slowly recover their capital before the end date ?

All aboard, the train is about to leave the station I look at this type of deal as more of a roller coaster ride....belt up, we're in for some ups & downs along the way!

probably, that seems to be the state of most of the p2p sites at the moment. Easily sorted by allowing discounting on the SM, not sure why only ABLrate do this

Ed/ MoneyThing MTAW752 is still unavailable to sell. Is that an oversight or do some funds remain tied up with underwriters? Nothing available on the SM. Drawn Down = No

Once acquired, the borrowers will immediately apply to extend the permission and expect it to be granted within three months.
As far as I can determine, no such planning application has been lodged, and the prior permission has now expired. Wondering what the delay is?

Email just received that the borrower is back for more funds to start ground works. Given the state of the SM at the moment it'll be interesting to see if this fills w/o CB - even at 13%.

With the backing it has got and lenders fighting to offer lower rates to refinance, this is possibly the safest new p2p loan at present plus it's 13%.

I might have been interested in this one, but especially given recent events I am not comfortable with holding what will likely be an illiquid loan to term, and to be locked in beyond should these offers of refinance not ultimately materialise. There's £68k of the 1st tranche on the SM that doesn't have a buyer already. #Priceschange #FreetheMTSM #Marketclearing #Anti-constipation #Wewantdiscounts #halfmillionliverpool #etcetc
