Apparently the C**** K*** loan has repaid today - there was a suggestion as much in an email last month that the borrower was 'looking to do an early repayment' but no word (yet) that it had actually repaid.
I logged in just there to find my entire investment ready to withdraw.
Edit: And there's the email. Not much to add, it just clarifies that everything went as planned

I logged in just there to find my entire investment ready to withdraw. The new loan is now filling fairly fast. Odd that the first £14k was filled (by 5 contributors) a couple of minutes BEFORE the loan was opened for general investment ...?!

The Blend secondary market appears to be different to others I've encountered in that offers are not available to purchase for 24 hours after they've first been placed. For example, there are currently 3 offers available to view, which will go live shortly after midday tomorrow. I guess this means on the plus side it prevents the temptation to log in more than once a day but for the more desirable offers (good loans, long terms, discounts) it's down to FFF. TC stagger SM sales for future times to allow DD too - less FFF, more Best Bot Buys

The two Sunni**** Homes loans have been repaid early, on June 28th, although I'm pretty sure I received no notification as yet. (Apparently a full final month's interest was paid, although only 5 days had elapsed )

The recent launch of a new p2p platform by a Resolution Compliance appointed agent (Propifi as discussed here) reminded me of my impasse with the KYC/AML check at Blend Network (based on criteria specified by Resolution Compliance, and reafirmed in their response to my complaint.). No doubt if I could be bothered, I could arrange to meet Blend at their London office and for them to verify my id in person.
With the low volume of new loans at TC, L and MT over the last 12 months I am surprised there hasn't been more discussion of Blend Network, and for there to have been sufficeint posts to justify establishing a platform specific board on the forum. No posts at all in over 6 months, and only 1 in the last 9 months is strange. Thoughts ?
So the real question is, does anyone recommend I make further effort to overcome the obstacles which are blocking my registration of an account at Blend ?
(The other thread initiated by Blend themselves hasn't had a new post in 11 months)

(The other thread initiated by Blend themselves hasn't had a new post in 11 months) Probably very low interest in this platform. As SteveT pointed out at the beginning of this thread: a) Minimum £1000 bids - many on lower budget won't put 1k into a single loan especially when taking a new platform for test drive. b) No instant return is off-putting c) 0.6% selling fee Also after bad experiences with other platforms specialising on this asset type, property loans are not as popular as in the past.
