ref the question posed to me
How many loans are you into in a BIG way at any given time?
Answer ZERO-I have lost total and complete confidence in FC and yes I only flip for a few pence
but the return rate is very high. I recently took my money out of FC and bought a French property which I feel is a much safer bet and somewhere to go to relax from investing in FC!

14 Aug - The Guarantor has been declared bankrupt. How convenient! J Hmmm, borrow quarter of a million quid, company insolvent 2 months later, liquidate, bankrupt. Did they say whether it was financial or moral bankruptcy?

Yes thats Funding Circle for you; mugs step this way I can only agree. Witness the umpteen savvy investors who paid a premium to take the sundry property loans with 3-5 months to run off my hands over the last 2 weeks.
