Has this loan drawn down yet? Where does it state whether it has drawn down or not?

Has this loan drawn down yet? Where does it state whether it has drawn down or not? No. It says in the loan particulars (with date) and the days remaining is highlighted blue on the available loans list.

When does the loan drawn down? This could be effected by a number of factors, generally it will be a case of crossing the T's and dotting the I's with regard to legal work and DD on the part of the platform, loans don't always go ahead, despite being fully funded

Collateral Rep It's great to see the QS report added to the latest development loan tranche. I'm puzzled though why the progress photos "as at 9th November" are the ones provided in the photo update document created on 2 August, showing tall weeds and trees in full leaf. The QS report is said to be based on a site visit on 9th November 2017. Surely a QS always takes photos as evidence? Perhaps there is a mistake here somewhere? Edit: there are actually newer photos provided on DL00020 - looks like the wrong photos got put in the report?

Photos taken at 2:30pm on Wed 5th Sept An unchanged cleared site, on the corner of S******* Ave & Ga***** La, with some of the surrounding hoardings vandalised or storm damaged. A light industrial unit is on the other side of S******* Ave, and a much larger residential development site is being built out further along S******* Ave. Feels to be a plausible dev site, but only at the right price.
