Morning geraldine1210, That's strange, we've only received a couple of withdrawal requests and both have been processed. Could you please email info@collateraluk.com details of the request and we'll look into it. Many thanks, Gordon A thousand apologies Wrong platform.

I'm finding withdrawals are processed by COL within minutes as usual, but since the new bank account has come into play its two to three hours for it to hit my bank.
EG, today I requested a withdrawal at XXXX hrs, received the "withdrawal notice" immediately, "withdrawal complete" email arrived within 10 minutes, but the cash hit my bank 2hrs 15 minutes later.

It looks like they are not processing withdrawals from 5 hours ago.

I made a withdrawal request earlier today and received a 'withdrawal notice' and then a 'withdrawal complete notice'. It's been 3 hours since I received the 'withdrawal complete notice' but haven't received the funds into my bank account. Is it usual for any delay - I though that payments were all made by faster payment so should have occurred by the time the 'withdrawal complete notice' has been received?
Edit: funds now received - there was a 3-4 delay in receiving the funds from the time of confirmation.

I did a withdrawal in the morning the withdrawal request e-mail time 9:46, and complete email time 10:43, visited the online bank and funds all present. Have you checked the two banks involve are both up and running with no issues. Some might have maintenance downtime over the weekend period. Then my withdrawal request from AC on 28th Sept still hasn't arrived, and sure if I did a request with Lendy I wouldn't see it until late in the day tomorrow, maybe Tuesday.

I bank with RBS and I have noticed that over the last couple of weeks or so it takes two to three hours before the money shows up in my bank account after Collateral have sent me the withdrawal completed email.
This is not a problem at all but the first time it happened I thought they had forgotten to press a button and sent an email asking if they could look into it and they assured me it had been done. About two hours or maybe three hours after the completed email notice the money was in my bank. I have since made 2 further withdrawals and the exact same thing has happened again in that it has been around two or three hours after the email that the money showed up in my bank account.
I am just letting people know that this seems to be the case now (perhaps depending on who you bank with) and there is no need to send Collateral a chasing email as I did on the first occasion.
I have to say Collateral's withdrawal service is first class and second to none in the sense that I even put in a withdrawal request this evening and it was actioned within minutes. Do the people at Collateral Towers ever sleep I ask myself or are they on a 24 hour mission to provide us with top class service.
Before anybody poses the question, I am not pulling funds out of Collateral on an overall basis I am merely doing some diversification and a little bit of selling and buying and from time to time this results in me having some surplus funds sitting on the account which I prefer to bring back to base until they are required.
