Yes that's the one, that took the best part of a year to sort out due to a sitting tenant. I was using it as an example of what can happen. Probably my favorite FS update 21-10-16 Marketing of the property has been somewhat hindered by tenant giving birth.
That's hilarious! Ah well, this one mostly vacuumed up in five minutes with a few scraps for the stragglers. Hilarious ?...in what way?

Well clearly this loan has the kiss of death on it...avoid like the plague...ive never seen a loan of 3/4million so slow to fill.....Oh look...its full ...so I ask myself a question..what is it that some folk 'know'...that I don't ? As one who just bought it, I'm thinking exactly the same thing about you. She's not expecting triplets, is she?

Let’s be honest....we’ve all done it....you see the headline 13% interest rate, your finger hovers over the invest button and before you know it....your in.💰

Tell you what (you're not squeamish I hope)..I'm still sitting butt naked at puter..forgot to set the alarm and woke up at 11am...vaulted downstairs and got the trusty old valves warmed up ..as you do..the loan 80% ~ full..as my head was clearing and my eyesight starting to work, realised I hadn't renewed..so managed to get the bid replaced and thought, what the hell, so trebled it ! I need to get dressed

Further research shows an increase of 5 percent in detached properties in that post code in the last 12 months, 38 percent in the last five years. Yes, in theory the property value could be around 5% higher since the valuation was done. Zoopla provides an estimated value of £972000 for this property which would give a LTV of 75%. I suspect though this may get taken up reasonably quickly. Wooders olde bean...did you throw the kitchen sink at this or think...well borrower paid £850K or woteva for this in 2015 ?...its the Beverley Hills of Devon so it cant possibly be worth more after 3 years..and pull the plug?

I managed to place my 'normal' stake rogerthat. Either I'm become much wiser & risk averse, or else there just ain't the same higher return opportunities as when I first started P2P investing. I'm finding it hard to hold back on re-investing my small pot of money (sitting in my IFISA). Increasingly finding my finger hovering over the invest button & then closing my eyes (to open them & find I'm suddenly in!)
