This loan has been repaid, but the borrower is going to take the loan out again on the same asset. This will be updated on Saving Stream today.

Thanks for the update savingstream. Communication appreciated. Will existing investors be rolled into the new loan?

Thanks for the update savingstream. Communication appreciated. Will existing investors be rolled into the new loan? Unfortunately no, we will be repaying all existing investors capital plus interest and opening the loan up as a new loan with a investment cap of 2% (£500). We also have the Arvor pipeline loan going live today with an investment cap of 2% (£220).

Many thanks for the info, I'll try and keep an eye out for those txts and hope I will be able to respond in time! At least the caps will give people a better chance.

We also have the Arvor pipeline loan going live today with an investment cap of 2% (£220). The Arvor loan is showing "Maximum term remaining 0 days". I assume this is incorrect.

savingstream, re:new loan with cap of £220 in first 24 hours, there is an issue. I initially placed a bid of £150 - accepted. Then I decided to increase that to the max £220 allowed but the system comes with the message that only £220 max allowed, so I am strictly within the max limit, why cannot place another separate bid of £70 7 keep within allowed max investment?

Existing validation prevented users from making a bid of less than £100 unless there is less than £100 remaining in the loan, however given the new investment cap functionality we have removed this min £100 restriction for the first 24 hours to enable loan topups such as this instance.

I bought two bits of Bayliner totaling less than <500, which it allowed me to do, and both are showing in my Loan Book, but I got no email confirmation for the second purchase, so I'm wondering if it will unwind? Perhaps these are teething troubles with the cap system.

Perhaps these are teething troubles with the cap system. The reason for the missing second email is that we hit our maximum number of email that our server is permitted to send in a 12 hour period this morning. Due to a loan being repaid, a loan going live along with multiple loan part purchases. We are now in the process of removing this sending limit.

I would have preferred taking up the full allowed amount but it's not the end of the world. I'm sure there will be more loans in the pipeline to invest in & can take into account that some teething problems at the start of applying new rules on loans. Thanks for the prompt reply
