...and seven months since we were told the administrators were still waiting for a court date. I know the court service is slow at the moment, but not that slow.
Typical Moneything attitude - treat investors like mushrooms.

The end date for this loan has now been pushed back to 2/8/2022 with no comment from the administrator or MoneyThing and I'll be making a complaint. End dates can change but treating investors like mushrooms whether inside or outside of administration isn't acceptable and I'll be making a complaint. FYI there is another loan that has also had the end date pushed out and also without comment and I'll also be making a complaint about that.

Some news saying Spiersfield House sold for £377k. Out of a loan value of £500k I'd say its at least 50% losses.
They didn't mention anything about the other assets?

We are told that "As lenders are aware the Administrators are unable to distribute the proceeds of the sale to MoneyThing due to the ongoing Northern Ireland Court proceedings". Except we are not aware, as we've been told nothing in previous updates about any legal action in Northern Ireland. The update is also not clear if the property sold is the one we lent against, or another asset of the borrower. Why can't we have an update that tells us the full story

What I understood from the previous updates was that the company has other assets to be claimed against... For some reasons there are no more news against that....

Why can't we have an update that tells us the full story Its an ongoing criminal fraud prosecution relating to non existent 'windfarm investments' so all borrower connected assets will be subject to a freezing order for the duration, then presumably proceeds of crime review prior to any distributions

It may mean we may get nothing back?

More insightful than a MoneyThing update.
