I deposited funds into my Relendex account yesterday early morning and they have still not reflected. Surely companies should be checking at least twice daily to credit clients accounts? This kind of thing always makes me wary of a platform, and in Relendex case my wariness is increased after I initially had funds credited to my account that I did NOT deposit. Anyone else have a similar issue?

Hi cmep , Would you mind PM-ing me your LD number and I'll get the team to look into it? Normally lenders will see funds on their dashboard within a couple of hours. Regards, WengYee

I also had problems with a deposit not arriving promptly. I transferred a four figure sum late afternoon and it had not arrived by 12:30pm the next day. I called Relendex's telephone number and left a message asking for this to be looked into. At 4:15pm, having not yet heard anything, and having obvious concerns that the funds had gone astray, I called again. The same lady I spoke to earlier then explained that the telephone number is only an answering service and that she could only email Relendex again as she had no way of putting me through to anyone.
I did finally receive an email at 5:21pm from Relendex stating "the funds have arrived into our bank account and we will process them into your account within 24 hours". The funds where available from 10am the next day. Unfortunately, the loan that I had planned on investing in had fully filled by about 11am the previous day.
All of the other P2P platforms that I use transfer funds almost instantly and, at worst, within an hour or so. If the funds had been received at 5:21pm, how does it take until 10am the next day for them to be actually usable?

So, the only contact is via an answering machine which is only checked occasionally?? I am really beginning to wonder about the level of support being provided here from a company which manages £millions of investors money. I am suddenly having second thoughts about opening an IFISA...

Just for clarity, I have only called twice and the telephone was answered by a person, both times, and promptly. The lady I spoke to was very polite and tried to help. It was only when I repeatedly asked why I could not be put through to someone that she admitted that she did not work for Relendex and her only contact with them was to send an email regarding the query. This was not explained when I called the first time. She simply said that she would get someone to contact me.

Hi all, Funds received into the Relendex account usually process within the hour during working hours only. The platform only updates once an hour to reflect any new fund changes. p2psavvyThe timeline for your funds would have been as follows, 5.21pm: Funds received, but can't be processed till the next day as our bank system can't move funds after 5pm. 9.00am: Next morning our lender-support team processes the funds into your lender account. 10.01am: Relendex platform updates to reflect your funds. It is best to get transfer funds earlier in the day if there is an auction you want to bid in. It is best to email lender-support@relendex.com if you have any questions. Our answering centre (real person, not a machine) does email us promptly whenever a call is logged but it does take a bit of time for lender support to work through it all. Regards, WengYee

Obviously this timeline failed for me. The funds where available one full day later than this and, when I telephoned, your operator should have made it clear that she would only be sending you an email. I could then have sent an email myself. However, as commented in my Greater Manchester Bridging Loan thread, my emails to Relendex have been ignored.

As above. Getting a reply or action taken has become their forte Lender support, if only you did...

I have always had my funds transfer quickly.
Today I transferred over funds at 2pm and they were available to invest within the hour.

I sent some funds across last night. Almost midday now and no sign of arrival. Looks like the hourly checks are failing pennyrelendex Edit: Funds finally credited.

Hi hantsowlOur apologies that you experienced a delay in processing your funds this morning, our banking system was down for a very short time this morning as we performed maintenance. This is a regular occurrence but took slightly longer than expected on this occasion, which explains the delay in you receiving your funds this time. It has now been fully completed and as you have noticed you will have received your funds. Please do get in touch if you have any further queries. -Penny
