A little disappointing news on the fee front, but can understand the additional administrative costs arising from manual processing of the increase in trading.
Some odd trading patterns may not help where the same person appears to buy parts in a loan and shortly afterwards sell other parts in the same loan. Cannot see an obvious reason for this, but certainly increases the work for whoever is processing sales. I took a small amount of all the loans when I joined. When my ISA transfer came through and now that I am more familiar with the platform I have been taking a larger amount of all the loans and then selling the smaller amount from my standard account as there is no point in holding both. I managed to bag a chunk of the Broadway yesterday so now have a full house bar the 2 latest. This is the only way of 'transferring' the loans into the IFISA (that I know of, without having multiple standard accounts).

I sold Broadway yesterday (small 4 figure sum), some housekeeping ahead of the 'bad' news, glad it went to a good home

JJ's egregious flipping aside, one that really caught my eye was 50k that passed through instantly on Harrowdene - I was at pc and switched page as soon as tablet email notification popped up - which suggested a teeing up as this loan had been languishing with far smaller amounts for a couple of days just beforehand.

I would hope LandlordInvest is happy to have JJ as a new customer; I would be happy to be corrected and learn from my behaviour.

After making an investment, I see a message saying I can 'invest up to £1 more' despite having only 80p left. Oh wow, I thought, 20p for nothing! When I try this out, the whole previously made investment is cancelled with everything returned to 'available cash'. Weird.

Please let me know if you do come across anything else. Regards, Filip Update: The bug has been fixed. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Good morning, We have today added a new feature which we hope that investors will find useful: a loan updates tab, providing investors with easy access to all past and present loan updates. Further information is available here: blog.landlordinvest.com/new-feature-loan-updates-tab/Please let me know if you have any feedback or comments on the new feature. Regards, Filip

I'd like to suggest that you could allow us some time (72 hours?) between listing a loan and opening it for investment
1 Because it allows time for DD 2 Because it allows time to transfer funds in.
Today's example, it looks like the valuation (Regal) has duff figures, and at least in my case, I got the email around midday, I saw it around 16:00 and I made a transfer immediately, but I suspect by the time it arrives the loan will be filled. Which you probably think sounds OK to you, but actually you have had people invest even though the valuation has errors, which in some events if it goes wrong would have investors blaming you and claiming their money back from you, which you def do not want.
Thanks

Has something changed with the login?
My account always used to start on my 'IFISA' page, but now always starts on the 'standard account', which I don't use.
Pressing the switch to IFISA it seems to take forever to change, by the time it has the secondary market deals have all gone!
