The FAQ states that buyback loans are bought back "at nominal value". What does that mean exactly? Principal only or principal + accrued interest like most other platforms?

Nominal = principal
If bought back, no interest is paid (different to most other platforms). On the other hand if you buy a delayed loan and it is serviced by the borrower (not bought back) you get ALL the interest (not only for your holding period).

Interesting difference. I would imagine that this platform is torture trying to work out the best strategy on when to give up on late loans and whether to buy overdue ones. Of course different per risk category and changing over time too. Sounds like a lot of work.

Curiously the mail address they give on their website is incomplete, as the house number is missing. Also no Estonian phone number is provided.

They moved to Estonia legislation some months ago with their operations staying in Bulgaria I guess. This might be a reason for that

The cannot register their company without a valid address. Besides their website says. I will never trust a company that hides such important information.

All loans are in Bulgarian leva it seems. Since it is at a fixed rate to the euro, I assume you can deposit and invest in euro without "converting" it first?
I would imagine this is an obvious and common question, but it's not in the FAQ.

Thanks for the information buttchopf23. They should have an official address so that you can mail them and serve legal documents in case you want to sue them. It doesn't have to be an office you can visit.

Who are vivacredit and easycredit (and any other originators)?
Can you post a link to your and their audited accounts please? Also some default rate info
It seems to me that all the loans on the PM and SM today are personal loans to people in Bulgaria, possibly without security. Is that right? Can you give us an idea of how recovery is done, and recovery rates please?
Thanks

I guess the adress is just a virtual office serviced by a provider. Pretty common in Estonia with their e-residency etc. I do not say this is a good thing.

Thanks You can find the audited accounts of the two originators visit this page: www.iuvo-group.com/en/market/#/p0=primary_market_pub_page;p2=undefined;lang=en_USYou will find them at the bottom of the page as PDF files along side the presentations of the two companies. We are expecting a couple of new originators from different countries to join the platform by the end of the year. Yes, the loans are from Bulgaria, without security, but all of the come the 100% buy-back guarantee. Kind Regards, Iuvo Team
