If I am right, what more can Lendy say and what more can Lendy do? The updates say it all.

Don't you think Lendy should at least gives us that info within the "updates" I understand that on occasions there will be some info LY can’t make public, but I believe they should release as much info as they possibly can. Telling us where the property is being marketed is, by definition, not a secret.

Telling us where the property is being marketed is, by definition, not a secret. In view of the suspicions that there is an issue with the construction, I would think that if there is a serious issue with the construction, then it would not be possible to offer the properties for sale. I am reminded of someone in that general area who had his house compulsorily purchased when there was a subsequently abandoned plan to widen the M62. He objected strongly to their 'calculated' price and put the house on the market to determine a real market value for it. His reward was to be prosecuted for offering it for sale. I suppose potential demolition is potential demolition regardless of the reason for it.

Even if they've not been signed off by building control you can still market them.

You could try, but most agents wouldn't waste their time/money, kowing sales were certain to collapse at the mortgage/survey stage.

That's true, I'm in a lot of housing development projects and most of them sell plenty 'off plan' once the show house is up and running. There is a difference between being about to be built with the expectation that it will proceed correctly and satisfactorily, compared to being already built but with unresolved issues about its future. I'm with GSV3MIaC on this one, and it does explain why no one can find it on the market.

Lets hope the rest of the flats sell quickly.

There seems to be a display error on the loan - the "security reduction" for the partial repayment shows as £0, but the security value does in fact seem to have reduced in line with the sale amount (compared to last figures shown in OP of this thread).
I wonder if that's also what happened for other loans whose first partial repayment appears to show a security reduction of £0?
Edit: not any more - now shows as £95k.

Photos taken 3pm today (2nd Sept).
Finished, but with only 1 of the flat intercom buttons labelled with a flat number (no. 76, side entrance). No advertising hoardings on site, but there was one at the start of the road leading to the development - as someone else noted a few weeks ago, being marketed as W****** Wharf. I'll post a photo of the hoarding on DDC shortly, which implies there has been a sales office at the development at some point (but not now). The fire damage isn't too serious - one windows has been melted, and the bin storage building has had its guttering and facia melted. One of the ground floor windows is broken. First and second floor flats at the front & sides will have views of the ship canal, but the ground floor view of the canal is obscured by 6ft high foilage that has grown up alongside the fence. An anti-clockwise tour round the building, starting and finishing with my back to the canal. The first shows the side entrance, the second the main entrance at the back, the 3rd & 4th the fire damage at the western side, the 5th & 6th the broken window.
looking east at the blocks previously developed, and a hole opposite them in the fence
