Loan 2141271013 Farm & farmhouse (called *** *****) in Norfolk is a second charge loan with FS defaulted. Housecrowd have the first charge. The loan is not the 6 bed house (also defaulted) 4045698166 . Perhaps an admin can sort the discussion into 2 separate ones, thank you

As I suggested a couple of months ago on this forum, in my view I'm afraid investors have Norfolk-in-chance of seeing their full capital back on either of the Norfolk property loans (Farm & Farmhouse & 6 bed-roomed house)  |

must look into it!
He also talks about "out buildings" - well if a surveyor can spell "outbuildings" I give up...
However ,as typical, I note no survey nor Title inspection has been undertaken
I just hope this chap has better valuation than grammar skills - anybody know this area who could comment on the valuations which given FS's track record may possibly be a tad optimistic...
This is one for the next FA league update.
