Is there any simple way to find out which loans don't have interest retained for the whole term? I couldn't find any info on this, atm all loans with positive term have IOA status. There are only 2 others that I know of; PBL055 & PBL057 (I'm pretty certain there are no others) - both are connected to the same borrower; the story is that about a year back, a purchaser stepped forward with the intention of buying, placed an option on both plots of land and were going to service the interest quarterly until they completed the sale. Despite only max 3months worth of interest being on account, the loans were extended for a full year No idea if the above was actually occurring (and if that is the borrower or the option holder) because there was never an update to indicate that interest had been sent Thank you for the info. Luckily I don't have any funds in these two any more.

I don't think there is any easy way to tell. PBL 177, 178 and 179 with 263 days left and IOA status only had 6 months interest retained at drawdown and the particulars state "During the last six months of the 12 month loan period, the loan interest will actually be paid by the borrower, rather than rolled up into the loan." They are the only ones I recollect recently, the PBL055 and PBL057 are slightly different in that I think interest is being paid quarterly, but the remaining term and IOA reflect this at each payment, although I haven't really been following them. Thank you.

This loan's been 'live' for two weeks (06/09 to 20/09) but hasn't been drawn down yet.
Usually, draw down is pretty quick (almost always less than two weeks). If draw down doesn't happen soon I'll start to think that the loan will be 'pulled' and investors repaid.
Any comments Paul64, Lendy Support? (yes it's me again... sorry.)
cooling_dude , could you rename the title of this thread [PBL192] please!

I thought Lendy made a commitment that the remaining term on every loan would indicate the amount of retained interest remaining. If it doesn't, and a loan with a remaining term of 183 days becomes an IA loan 24 hours later, there are going to be a lot of disgruntled investors in that loan. And IMHO that will cause significant damage to the platform. Paul64, Lendy Support: Does this loan mean that the remaining term on a loan no longer indicates the amount of retained interest remaining?

Over a month and still not drawn down! Rather kindly, the investors in the new pipeline dfl will pay to complete its purchase, 2 for the price of 1.

Almost 18 months since the last post on this thread, but in the last 24 hours some signs that the promised refinance may happen soon. Yesterday accounts for y/e March 2018 were filed at CH (6 weeks late) but which presented figures that correlated well with those we know from the Lendy loan. This afternoon a LR alert indicated a search had been lodged against the title "to protect a pending charge".

The cash is in my account now :-) Thank you Lendy; I hope this is the start of a new trend in repayments.

This is very positive news, well done Lendy. But it's one of these loan repayments which is overdue but seemed like a safe loan, it's the recoveries on the loans that are in the default section, suspended or in the claims underway were Lendy need to recover investors capital before we can really make a judgement on how Lendy are performing. Until these start coming through, I can't trust Lendy with any more of my funds.

I'm just glad the sales queue was so long in recent days on this one...
I'd got double exposure and was intending to sell off half, but avoided doing so due to the long queue, so that means I now got double bonus!

Happy to receive their email. And although I'm sure some cynics won't be won over by the tone of it, I think it's good that they're making it so very clear that they know the depth of frustration of many of their lenders and are doing their best to mend their ways.
