fundingsecure You have given the borrower one week to demonstrate proof of finance for refinancing the debt. If this goes to plan how long would it take for this to be actioned? Also, who did you discuss with about the possibility of the buyer to take on the existing debt? (The buyer, the borrower, yourselves, or your imaginary friends?)

This building has always seemed somewhat dodgy, if you google the address and prefix the word auction you will see it was up for auction 3 years ago for £80k and had an income of £12k pa. No mention of flats so perhaps they weren't included in the auction. According to FS it has a value of £800k and income of £120k pa. That was too much of a difference for me to invest. I think I mentioned it in a thread last year, I can't remember if someone came up with the reason for valuation of £800K

The title in the legal pack shows - additionally to FS - another lender’s charge since March this year.

Update received a short while ago from the auctioneer:
Dear All
I have just been informed by the vendor that the missing information from the legal pack, notably the residential leases, will be available either at this afternoons block viewing at 2pm on site or alternatively will be downloaded to the legal pack later today.
If you have not done so but are intending to attend the viewing this afternoon at 2pm, please could I trouble you to confirm?
I hope this is of assistance and will endeavour to keep you informed.
