14918 seems to fit the bill Blimey, I'm in this one (£20) Feel slightly sick reading the Telegraph splash that I ever lent a penny to this one. Anyway we're about to find out the value of that guarantee against the MD's property. One default and now a RBR from Forfeited Capital !

You certainly need hope when you invest with Faith & Charity.

Update - 3-4 day (1st payment) delay due to security procedures from the cash leaving the borrower's bank.
I'll keep 'faith' for now.

Well seeing as all my employer's bank accounts are held with Barclays and are way above the FSCS limits and add to this the fact that all the cash we've lent out will most likely be sitting with one of the big 4 and those accounts may themselves may be over the FSCS limit, means it's creek and paddle time.
The credit risk of Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds Group, RBS/Natwest and Santander I'm happy to live with.
Cash on deposit not invested I keep to a minimum anyway.

Actually it is genuinely a cashflow problem in the truest sense of the word. So often a cashflow problem is actually a liquidity issue.
hor1997 I took a free trial on one of the credit checking websites and can assure you that E******h A********** F****** (Lendingcrowd) has charges against the businesses on it's site. Your cash is as safe as the businesses it is lent against.

Thanks, always learning with Fraudulent cheques. My discount was 0.3%, not 3% btw - 3% would be the route to the poorhouse with 2% cashback loans !

It was from the proceeds of a 3% discount, 3 day flip on a 2% CB. Best loan part to date with Funky Chunky.

D*** C*** looks safe enough, but the current ratio of SSH looks poor. Mind you this put me off N** A*** H too... do all hotel businesses have poor current ratios or am I missing something.
