Yes. But I am not expecting any quick resolution as I only sent the transfer form to the receiving institution (broker) last Tuesday.

'Money will be paid into your nominated bank account', which implies that the ISA wrapper will end. If that is so I will leave it and transfer when it is paid into the ISA wallet.

CP have answered the requests for more loans. Yes, but it comes at a price. Of 11 future loans listed this morning only one is at 8%. Most are at the 7.4/7.5 mark. Demand and supply I suppose.

For each of the two loans coming tomorrow (25/2) there's a note "Please note, for this project, pledges will be limited to a maximum of £2,000 until 10:05am" The Telford property kicks off at 10.10am

I submitted a request to transfer ISA cash to Paragon on 14th December, but LW claim not to have received it. A repeat request was submitted on 22nd January with the same result. They told me this may be due to their post going to the wrong office, and they are all working from home. As LW have already lost my trust I decided it was safer to withdraw the cash and lose ISA status. LW have opened an office in Hoddesdon in Hertfordshire so there may be truth in the wrong office excuse. Having said that I thought that everything was being done electronically so an email would be picked up wherever they wanted to read it.

Could anyone tell me if manual investment is no longer practical because of demand and the allocation to auto-invest? Does auto-investment get first dibs.

Disappointed that I could not renew my loan in this property and I failed in auto-bid.

I am hoping that the sale of this property (if that's what it is) releases money to help pay off the storage yard loans. Low and behold storage yard 2 pays back 200k.

Yes, 2.2% Currently the loan allocation is approximately 0.0002*Loan Size(in £'000)*Auto-Invest Ceiling Do we know what the Auto-Invest-Ceiling is. I used to assume it was calculated on the the personal pledge size, but this doesn't seem to work. Is it an unknown figure calculated by CP?
