thanks for your reply - the receivers also got £25K and there was a further 26K in legal and professional fees
ref this 88K - seems a lot to me especially if it is an insurance premium
in my business one believe me I numerous people try it on but I personally vet all invoices and don't pay if not pre-agreed - my point is I really don't like being presented with a list of expenses without a detailed explanation
Also is there a audit trail for our millions - I bloody wonder
This QT nonsense strikes me as a scam by a professional "paper shuffler" not what I first wanted to type!

we were given various values for this building up - I think uo to 7M and the sold it for 1.3m does anybody know who bought it
I thank you

Below is from mega loss prediction list
well I was clearly off the mark there - how they lost 87% is beyond me
Did the supplementary holder lose 100% ?

I was in loan 2637081380 put in £25 and over 4 years later I get £3.14 i.e. 100-12.56 = 87% loss and this was a secure loan with a low LTV,
This is such a farce I am relatively pleased at least I got something back...

Enjoyed the Melissa C*****k (Oz financial crook) programme on ITV
Strikes me what she did had many similarities to what FS did (true some difference) e.g. "inaccurate"records and an element of self-interest
Difference is she was pursued by the ASIC who took a firm hand e.g. In May 2022, the Federal Court ordered K to vacate their house so it could be sold by liquidators;the house, purchased in 2014 for $6.2 million, was sold in October 2022 or a price reported in January 2023 to be $9.8 million. In December 2022, clothing, art, luxury goods and jewellery belonging to C*****k were sold at auction for $860,000.
As to what happened to her is interesting - my guess is the mafia muscled in on her and then killed her i.e. nastiness behind the front and wonder just what was behind this FS mess - not saying the mafia but I suspect there is more than incompetence on individual loans
And just what have our authorites done - as I see it no action against what to me is clearly fraud and damn all effort to recover anything from the directors.
Just how can FS raise money against a first charge which they never had and not be charged is beyond me.

I have read this update - looks to me as if they are using unclear language rather then give us the full facts - as if they would do that!
Not only is this incredibly poorly described but I think the following is a gross grammatical error but what do you expect for a vastly hourly rate?
"where there have been a settlement" should be "has been a settlement " ?
and how much is all this advice costing....

Well as I see it this bloke doubtless owes money to other people and I bet he has no money (on paper) - more wasted time and money over the preferred Trustee - for what to get nothing - this guarantor is not a creditor so I guess it all depends what is in the contract or to be blunt I think this will give loadsa money to the lawyers etc and damn all for us...
I may be wrong and hope I am buy time will tell

wht a fascinating post - the FCA seem even more useless and incompetent whist FS more dishonest than I thought and that is no mean achievement!

Have seen on FB that this bloke is back with the same boat albeit different name
What the hell is going on here as I recall £1.2m loan and he offers to pay back £2K!
And now he is stating this is the fault of FS - goodness knows! not sure if I can post the link here but enter FSAG and you will find it

thanks - well this is interesting - cue legal beagles earning a fortune - can the claimant sue against a bankrupt company for his money back - guess it all depends on the agreement and the security taken - if this was my £500K I would not be holding my breath!

This is a joke !
Mr *arring clearly lives an interesting life with music, Chinese women, upmarket nightclubs ,dissolved companies etc!
Are we supposed to believe this rubbish - who the hell hands over £500K to a company without a legal document
unless it was something a bit "sensitive" - anybody wanting to put £500K into my business without said legal cover please send me a PM!
This is clearly tied into the Manchester land agreement and for whatever reason I don't think it was put on the FS loanbook?
As I see it if this creditor has no written evidence then he has no chance whatsoever of getting a penny back
I hope these dealings come to light and a criminal prosecution is bought should there be enough evidence
I need a metaphoric cat to kick!

This IPS doc is now available - had a quick look As mentioned prior they need another year - these clowns were bankrupt in Oct 2019 - 4 bloody years ago Apart from some work on the e-wallet I really can't see much progress or am I missing something? Some expenses seem high to me e.g. £21K consultancy - for what exactly ?
When I invested with these clowns I was at pre-retiement age at this rate I wonder if I will still be here when this mess is finally sorted out
Total bloody farce....

This is now down to £6.5m i.e reduced by £3.5m- I can see this falling to £2-3m - hasn't even got a kitchen!
Anybody interested the deposit is £650K and the mortgage £38K per month
Myself (in this business) and many others said it would be a disaster so how did FC get into this mess?
The mother of all c*ck-ups....amazing
Can't see how this bloke is going to prevent going bust (again?)
