It affects me negatively ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) as l no longer have the option of selling and money is tied up until this loan is 100% filled up . At the speed we are going, this loan won't be filled 100% for the foreseeable future. I suppose its my own fault at the end of the day but still regret it .

Hi , l have invested some money into the Elms Hotel loan. Was wondering if l wanted to sell part of my loans now, do l need to wait until the full loan is taken out (ie. its sitting at 60% invested) before my loan parts will sell?
As it stands just now l'm not sure what will happen if l sell part of my investment in this loan.
Any advice will help.

a***3 is definitely using a bot/script, picks up the majority of 12% loans that come on to the secondary market in a fraction of a second. Agreed, this user should def be investigated and cautioned without a doubt he is using some sort of script/bot.

Ahhhh....... l saw the notice from MT staff regarding those loans (imminent repayment). I didn't join till november so still newbie here.
Thanks for the info anyway. Still l'm happy to get 2k in tho, love the new system. I'm not one of the ones with the ultra fast fingers.

To compile a script which does something like this isn't hard, anyone that is in a computing science degree course can do it. Anyone without a degree should be able to with a little research. Problem is should we need to? and its explicitly stated that its against the rules to do so.

In saying that , the amount of money gone into this loan has been impressive for this size of platform. I'm sure collateral have been one of the p2p companies who are expanding their customer base consistently. You can tell they have been listening to customers feedback and have implemented different IT systems to help the p2p experience e.g pre-funding and their speed of deposits/withdrawals are pretty damn good (much faster than other so called big platforms). In terms of communication , they are really active and always helpful.
Good job
