The weirdest thing happened, for loan (MTAS713) Residential Development in Bollington (1st) there was around £200k last night avaliable on the SM. This morning its halved at £100k but when l looked at the recent transactions there has only been around £1k that's been sold.
Am really confused, is there something l'm missing? or did £100k just disappear from the SM on this loan.

About £90k of (MTAV714) Residential Development in Liverpool at 13% was purchased today, tomorrow rest will be bought up too. Get ures will there is still some left.

I can see how this affects people who are living in leasehold properties but in terms of future sales , what is the effect of current loans like Bollington (if any)?

Holy Batman, someone just lumped £45k of (MTAV714) Residential Development in Liverpool at 13% on the SM. I like this loan alot You wouldn't be the seller by any chance would you? I wouldn't mind being the seller lol, pretty sure whoever it is has a pretty attractive portfolio compared to mines

Well nearly a week after the launch, the funding seems to be reduced to a trickle, relying on the poundlanders, thereby showing signs of exponential decay and potential bollyfication ... Meanwhile I have been spending my time and money fishing within the green sea below and also prospecting on other shores.
I bet there won't be much left once the AE loans pay back... There won't be much of anything on SM when AE loans are paid back.

Yep, makes you jumpy when that happens doesn't it! "What do they know that I don't?" !!!!! ( Emoticon here of Deer in Headlights ) Without a doubt when a platform goes into a massive selling spree of their top loans, ure always wondering that. I'm not sure whats happening but kept to my gut to weather through this storm, not gonna sell anything. Could be a number of things or a combination of a few things together, who knows. Trust my DD and stick with it. Hope l'm not making a mistake.

Just had a nap, now there is £163k of Bollington loans on SM. Did l miss anything whats with the massive dump ? Before last night there wasn't even £5 of bollington on SM as it was getting grabbed as soon as anything went on the SM.
