I don't have a problem holding to term but this is the value of still receiving interest while your loans are on the SM. In a perfect world, l'd prefer to have my older loans cleared and reinvest in the upcoming ones. If that doesn't happen its fine.

Evening, The Pipeline has now been updated (at the top of the thread). We also have another c. £14m of loans we are considering, however for the time being we have slowed down the deal flow slightly whilst the SM just settles down a little during this recent period (which I believe we are gradually starting to come out of now). Kind regards, Ed Really glad you are doing that Ed, thumbs up ! A few of us have loans that are stuck on the SM and not moving. The extra time given would really help everyone out.

In my circumstance and l'm sure others will have experienced similar. My lower rate loans on the MT SM has been locked up for a while when the 13% MT and 14% collateral loans came to the market. This induced huge amounts of lower end 10% -11% loan parts flooding the market and got stuck for ages. Not complaining, just my recent experience.

I hope there will be no more new loans until most of the loan parts on the SM is gone and good old days of MT back with us for a while.

Total available loans for sale on the SM is just under £980,000. Selling of loans on the SM is picking up again with the recent repayments. Happy days!

I also invested in a few of the railway train loans from this borrower at the earlier stages but what l don't get is how the platform allowed it to get to this stage. Members on this forum were highlighting all the obvious problems with this borrower long before his loans were in default. Luckily l got out quickly. Hope others will get their investment back.
Just wanna mention l don't invest with FS anymore.

When you put your loans on SM to sell, the interest effectively stops rite? Just wanted to make sure, my loans are also not selling
