I really like the Liverpool loan & noticed it's now at £50k on SM. MH is selling fast after today's update....you couldn't give it away yesterday! Now selling faster than puddles even! But which is really the best buy right now ?

I haven't seen much evidence of the really big BHs so far and this is usually the time they appear to gobble up what is left ... only to put it on sale again as soon as they can ... Given the time this loan has been on the market perhaps even the CB hasn't pulled in these whales .. so the good news here may be that the risk of an initial clog up on the SM may not be as bad as CB's normally induce ... Not long now to see how this one will work out

£27k of Liverpool hiding in the MH sales Yes around 10k appeared soon after the prestbry news but that got snapped up within a couple of mins. Then a few mins later a big jump to around 29k and that has posed a more difficult challenge ! Don't expect that situation to last much longer ... Man Road is coming up and being snapped up quickly too .. Solihull went within mins too ... Still no wine or chips !!
Edit Recent puddle jump to 46k and some of that sold quickly ! This appears to be ripples in the puddle caused by prestbry

Quick 1% extra cashback until its filled - get those big hitters filling this loan up Then it will become their problem to sell it without the cash back ... and everyone else's problem to wait until that happens before they have any chance of selling anything

I must then defer to the greater knowledge and experience in this and the previous post. I just got the impression from the loan 'purpose', speed may be relevant. I don't have details to hand, but if you search for underwriter or underwriting on this board I think that you'll find an explanation of what happens if the loan doesn't fill promptly. (MT used to use their own float, but the FCA didn't approve.) I don't think this loan stands any chance of matching the speed of Lancs Park, which shifted around 1.5M in under 30 hours, but that was when the market here was in a state of intense euphoria. This one might be more in line with the Scots Park which took a little longer, as it's funding suffered from exponential decay Then you have to allow for market sentiment which suffered a lot last month. Allowing for all these factors things are looking quite good right now.

That's right looks like that fly never made it into brundle's telepod !
MT are probably paranoid about making any pronouncement on this loan, given it's recent history. The problem here is this loan is suffering from a severe bipolar disorder, where on one day it is in the seventh heaven and the following day it is in the depths of despair. I suspect MT is still meeting with the patient to find a suitable treatment.

The renewals all went in a couple of minutes ... Given that the new ones tomorrow are around four times larger and the limit is twice the size it means that couple of minutes will be around twice as long

I was out yesterday, so this has caught me out a bit. Yes, the invested under pending loans shows you have rolled over. Your transactions list will show repayment of the old loans, purchase of the new loans and interest. The way I read it, the 100k extra tranches won't launch until after these have completed. Edit : 100k in 8 tranches launching Friday 13th , £50 limit. Aha yes !! In MT time language immediately means a day later of course

Given that logically with events elsewhere there is money looking for a home, this one has to be classed as struggling. I'm curious to see what action Moneything takes to get it moving if any. At some point it will just become an embarrassment left as it is. You obviously were not around here when Bolly was launched ! It took around a month This one is simply flying off the shelf ... even more so given the size

I still hold a lot of MH and the Hotel/Restaurant. Rumour has it there will be some Wine available tomorrow. Yes I queried about the extra 100k there as it isn't in the pendings ...
Although the extra 100k isn't listed in the pendings as a separate loan entity, it is mentioned within the details of each of the 8 New Term tranches. So we must assume that the £25 limit also applies to the 100k supplement, unless information to the contrary is given before the start time of the extra 100k bidding, which is not specifically identified, except that it is immediately after the New Terms loans have filled, which will take very little time at all ! A £25 limit for each of the 8 off 12.5k supplementary tranches should ensure that the first 500 investors in each tranche will get a slice. If there are not enough investors to fill the £25 time limit there will be a FFF for what remains. As wine is so popular that will be a very intense fight
Edit: There seems to be no time limit specified for the (assumed) £25 limit for the extra 100k. It looks like we will just have to wait and see what happens ...
