Dear All,
On Sunday, 1 October, I emailed info@collateraluk.com to say that, when I attempt to withdraw money, I see that the account name and bank name are reversed. They list my account name as "Barclays". I also said that I had checked the "My Bank" section, and that looks fine. So far, I've had no response of any kind. Also, I can't seem to find any phone number to ring on the site. No main office, no customer service number, nothing.
I'm kind of surprised! I started investing with Collateral because they had a good reputation on this forum.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Any guess how to get the staff at Collateral to respond?

Hi Badly Drawn Stickman, Yes, I can see this and will get it fixed straight away. As you say it doesn't make any difference to withdrawals but will be fixed. Many thanks, Gordon

Update!
Apparently, Collateral did reply to my initial email to them. Their message to me bounced. I'm trying to figure out why.
It's good to know that they will be making their phone number more obvious on the site. Email is great, but it's good to have a backup.

Generally speaking comms are very good as a rule, unless you're like me and trying to glean information they cant share
