Dear All,
We are pleased to announce that following on from the successful launch of the WiseAlpha Investment bond earlier in the year we have built out the programme with 1, 3, 5 and 7 year rates (from 3%-8% pa gross) under the Smart Interest brand. You can access the Smart Interest market here: www.wisealpha.com/smart-interest
With inflation (CPI) running at almost 2.9% most people don’t realise that by holding cash in the bank they are losing money in real terms. In simple terms if inflation is growing faster than your money this reduces your purchasing power for goods and services in the future making you less wealthy. Long gone are the days when banks offered healthy savings rates and government bonds offered attractive rates and so an income focused investment strategy has now become central to maintaining and growing wealth.
With this in mind WiseAlpha is launching Smart Interest at a time when the individual investor community truly needs a high quality income solution with funds invested in quality companies rather than more riskier lending segments.
This option is also designed to be a simpler way to gain exposure to senior secured and high yield bonds of large corporates for those who don't want to choose the companies they want to invest in and who would rather let WiseAlpha do it.
Key features
• Smart interest™ by WiseAlpha is a designer selection tool for WiseAlpha Investment bonds
• Proceeds are invested in corporate bonds of FTSE 350 size companies many of which are also listed on the WiseAlpha bond market
• WiseAlpha’s investment strategists determine which institutional corporate bonds to deploy the proceeds into
• Attractive rates of interest versus savings accounts and retail bond fund yields
• No services fees applied to this product. An early redemption fee is however applicable. - see FAQs, Information memorandum
You can subscribe to WiseAlpha Investment Bonds on the Smart Interest market and review the Summary Information Memorandum here:

Thank you,
The WiseAlpha Team
