Just out of interest, is Frazer Fearnhead still involved with this platform? Still sending me emails about loans although I cant pass ID checks. So yes. Pourquoi?

Wrote a blog on their website two days ago. Nice blog, Though 75% LTV doesn't fit well with my risk profile, 70%ers are coming home to roost on other platforms at the moment, and recoveries do not make pleasant reading.

Still sending me emails about loans although I cant pass ID checks. So yes. Pourquoi? Probably nothing, as it is not related to a HouseCrowd loan, but his name was mentioned in a "Gloucestershire live" news article (Article is headlined - "No regard for the law") You may have to google the Newspaper + Headline The property looks... familiar...

Nah think it's a coincidence Fraser Fernhead is a common name, a quick check shows several companies have directors called Fraser Fernhead, must be somebody else. Have to admit that the fact that the companies the article referred to (BBH Property 1 Ltd and BBH Property 2 Ltd) shared the same office as the House Crowd (Hale in Cheshire) must have confused things bet the mail often got mixed up.

I can't see Fraser mentioned in the article anymore . Has he been edited out or am I not looking hard enough!? I can see on Companies House that he is a past director of BBH P1.

Edited out -- as it has also been from the original source of this article www.gov.uk/government/news/property-scam-companies-wound-up-after-taking-in-78-millionIt's still visible at other sites which re-publish and archive these things, I won't link to them here. I'm not sure why that paragraph was redacted, it claimed to be based on evidence heard in court. Plenty of articles still exist on The Convent project's inception, and state that it was the brainchild of ... MR and FF, and as noted above it's publicly recorded who the directors of BBH were. I can only assume that Frazer left directorship of the companies before all this cr-pfest unravelled?

I wouldn't use Jesus's name as an expletive Ozboy. The consequences could be a lot worse than even a P2P crash "Store up for yourself treasures in heaven...." and all that.
