Not so sure about the low margin as a complete answer, as it would clearly attract extra volume from those of us seeking diversification.

Have tried contacting Col but get the same anodyne answer that isn't an answer. Suspect they don't have the manpower to chase both so concentrate on what makes them the most money. As was said above "property is where it's at" at the moment but when interest rates revert to the mean there will be a bit of a blood bath in the property market and I am not sure Col have the expertise in the market to not get burned. Sincerely hope they have brought on board some people with the requisite skills, Pawn loans and property development are very different beasts. Col when it did pawn was one of my favorite platforms but now I am drawing down as the loans pay out, but would re-invest if there were more bling loans.
