currently crossed again at 5.5% Thanks for the heads up. Silly me, I had my order placed at 5.5%, so of course I had to go and cancel my order to avail myself of the rate of ... 5.5%.

As stated before, I have plenty of time on my hands to keep an eye on this market at the moment. However, once my premium bonds win me the big one there may be a time difference between RS time and my sun lounger on the beach time!!

Had a nice chunky 4.5% 1 year loan which "completed early " (by a full two days) this lunchtime, and I got it back out two hours later at 5.4%. Happy days.

All my >6% October matches in the 1 year market were repaid last night (although they were set up as full 1 year loans) and I suspect everyone elses were also, hence the sudden larger 1 year lender queue which is now £3.5m.
It appears that this is not really a loan repayment - but a re-finance at lower rates as the last match was just 2.5%.
This is not a nice trick (although I understand the business reasons to maximise RS profitability).
Have noticed my 5.1% of 10th was also repaid then, but strangely my 5.4 of a fortnight later is still going!

Currently at 5.4% on 1 year after a massive jump from 4.0%
Still quite a large lump on 5.4% but might go higher

I missed the last match for 5.9% at 13.01 but there has now been a repayment by the look of it. Currently matching 5.5%

5.8% is only a £137k queue. Should be ok, unless they suspend lending until they have more reinvestment funds available. Will keep watching.........................AGAIN!
