2pm, much better when we are given reading time for a new borrower will it be a morning/afternoon split ie within the working day ablrate? Will accommodate overseas investors and those that prefer to spend their time with families in the evening

Could save abl bank fees in/out as well as investor time although perhaps they prefer funds on board to increase platform activity instead of a non-event for pre-announced cars or pubs

Every other platform, which I have experience of, release their loans during working hours and I can't remember anyone complaining about it? Maybe most people have have smart phones or something similar whereby they can access the web wherever they are? Just a thought......

Seems a retrograde step to find that ABL will not release any documents ahead of the loan launch so soon after the new and progressive arrangements applied to the previous loan.

So, no reading time..... frustrated. I think they now expect me to review all their existing loans, work out the DD on all of them so when we finally get to see the loan I am prepared to "step up". Head in hands............ I'd like to do more with these guys but their variable transparency issues puts me off, oh well, I thought they were showing great openess over the pub near Hull but maybe it is time to remember "fish sea".

With £500k available to an existing borrower at 12%, you'll have plenty of reading time. Possibly days.

Just how much money came out of Manchester from MT yesterday? The loan parameters strongly point to a fourth batch of "cars in a basket", and I already have a full set of wheels. In any case, I've already re-homed my ex-MH funds in a Liverpool tower block!

In any case, I've already re-homed my ex-MH funds in a Liverpool tower block! My thoughts too. Looking at the existing loan book, the only 12%, 36 month term, interest only loans are the car loans (38, 43, 55 & 73), think that would make it the fifth such loan. I'd prefer a 12% version of loan 17 (also 36 month interest only but at 10%).

ah, more cars, and not especially interesting cars, less enticing, I think I'll sit on my hands.

Hopefully we'd get time to do DD for loans to an existing borrower where the security is different, but I don't follow the logic regarding no bid limits. A limit would help more people get a slice and BH can still scoop up the remainder 24h later if they so desire.

Yes, if we take "we do not plan to place any bid limits or view only restrictions upon its release" from yesterday's announcement at face value.
